Limited Manufacturers Warranty

BA Whitmar Contracting Ltd.

This statement covers the manufacturer’s entire warranty and conditions for the Spa and their supporting systems. Please read it carefully and contact BA Whitmar Contracting Ltd. if there are any questions.

Coverage includes the spa’s structure, the spa acrylic finish and the supporting systems, all for the original buyer; all conditions of this warranty apply.

Your spa must be properly leveled and supported at the base (foot well). Failure to do so may void this warranty.

Lifetime structure warranty: Your spa is warranted free of defects in workmanship and materials which would cause cracking or breaking, resulting in your spa’s inability to retain water, for the lifetime of the spa for the original purchaser only.

5 Year surface warranty: Your spa is warranted against blistering of cracking of the acrylic surface material, resulting in your spa’s inability to retain water for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

Note: Damage to your spa surface could occur if you leave your spa exposed to direct sunlight and weather conditions while the spa is empty or you do not use an approved cover when the spa is not in use. Improper administration of spa chemicals may also cause damage to the surface. This will invalidate the structure and surface warranty.

2 Year Pumps: To be free of any manufacturer’s defects.

2 Year equipment systems parts warranty: The support system includes the filter, heater, circulation pump and air pump, with associated piping and wiring as provided by BA Whitmar Contracting Ltd.’s manufacturer. These are all warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

The manufacturer of the equipment provides this equipment warranty.

The individual manufacturer provides warranty for additional systems including lighting systems, stereo systems and any additional accessories.

Instructions for installation, care and maintenance of your spa and its support systems have been provided when the unit left the factory. You must follow those instructions or this warranty is void. If you are missing and instruction manual, contact BA Whitmar Contracting Ltd., for a replacement, this warranty does not cover damages caused by or contributed to by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance or care of settling or movement.

This warranty does not extend to systems attached to the spa not of original manufacture such a plumbing parts, pumps, wood skirts, electrical apparatus, and other ancillary systems, including any other structures and of equipment installed by or at the request of the buyer.

This warranty does not cover fading of color, stains, discoloration of equipment damage due to improper use of chemicals or improperly maintained water chemistry or other damage caused thereby.

Any failure of your spa equipment that is not traceable to a defect in materials of workmanship is not warranted. These non-warrantable problems include, but are not limited to:

Incorrect electrical service or installation
Improper application
Inadequate protection from water or elements
Improper venting and/or air supply
Water in the air blower
Alterations to the equipment
Improper water flow
Dirty filtration system
Improper water chemistry control
Broken parts due to mishandling or abuse
Failure of prior repair work
Freight damage
Improper operation
Components not sold or recommended by BA Whitmar Contracting Ltd., or our manufacturer.

The spa equipment must be protected from the weather in a watertight environment. Exposure to the elements will cause this warranty to be void.

Electrical service must be provided by a certified electrical contractor. Failure to do so will void warranty.

Spa footwell must be supported. Failure to do so will void warranty.

Customers must register spa with manufacturer by mail notification - Copy of Purchase invoice must accompany this Notification and include spa serial number located inside the spa cabinet.
